Our whole school teaching and learning philosophy is guided by the current work of Lyn Sharratt. Her work focusses on shared knowledge between educators, breeding shared success in all systems in schools. Through Sharratt's work, NVSS staff come together to boost student achievement and build teacher capacity to learn, teach and lead, essentially providing 'CLARITY' for the entire school community.
Guided by 14 essential Parameters to guide system and school leaders toward building powerful collaborative, high-impact pedagogies and quality learning cultures. We use data which helps to own the FACES in every classroom to ensure continuous improvement is refelcted in our teaching and learning practice.
Our Annual Implementation Plan refelcts the underpinning philopsphy of Lyn Sharratt with IMPACT being the focus of student achivement and ongoign improvment.
